stayed there and reported it being infested with bed bugs and was told by the manager "doesn't everybody??" when we ask for our money back she said it would cost us 102.00 for the one night in filth that we stayed. I called the health dept. and the manager started removing matresses from the other rooms. So then I called the police because she refused a refund and never offered another room or even removed the mattress we stayed on. The cop came in an saw them and I told him she refused to even give us the owners name and number. So the cop and the health dept told us to file a civil suit..we took pics..of the nasty conditions of the room and she then offered 40 dollars for our trouble....great place to stay huh????
